We learn to control our emotions and thoughts with meditation as mentioned above. This will also result in better sleep. A great tip is to meditate before you go to sleep. Now you can leave the worries behind you in meditation and have a worryless night. And maybe you don’t have to meditate before sleeping later on because you have created a habit of leaving those worries behind you.

Meditation can improve your witchcraft, spirituality and psychic abilities. This is because meditation makes us think clearer and sense clearer.
